REFUND POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with labels, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
You may exchange your candle providing it has not been lit. You may drop off or ship. We must receive the candle undamaged with shipping, we recommend shipping the package in the same condition in which it was sent to you to ensure it arrives in good condition. Intentions By Christina does not pay for shipping for exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping Policy
We ship with USPS priority flat rate shipping. It is the most financially reasonable way to ship a candle versus doing so by weight. We recommend checking out our shipping rates section to maximize how many candles can be shipped per flat rate price.
For any damages due to shipping, please contact us. We will require photos of the damage. A claim will be opened with USPS from there.
